We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Kisslily Hair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Sign for Delivery

It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard, and any other places else.

 

Multiple Items

Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number by email respectively.

 

Tracking Number 

We send the tracking number by email within 8-24 hours after your order is shipped out.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging within 7 days. 

Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Custom-made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

 

Exchange policy

 

  1. Email admin@kisslilyhair.com within 7 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 7 days will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.
  2. Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.
  3. We can offer a one-time exchange without a restocking fee for items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.
  4. For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
  5. Rush Exchange:
    -You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back. 

-Place a new order online, we will prepare the new hair while waiting for the return. Your new hair will be shipped to you after it is finished.

-When we receive the returned product in original condition, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has the delay.

 

Return Policy

Our Hair Product are made from 100% Human Hair, however they have to cared for slightly differently then your own hair. Check the summary of human hair products can do's and don't's we wrote up for you.

 

DO'S

You can curl, tong & straighten them
You can use your GHDs on them without any problem
You can wash hair extensions
You can dye OR restyle them

 

DON'TS

Don't use the high temperature flat to restyle hair frequently. 
Don't use products containing alcohol as they can dry out the hair and you don't want that happening
Don't bleach or lighten frequently. It harms the hair and your health. 
Don't wear your extensions for swimming and try not to get them wet in the rain

 

Daily Care Notes

  1. Wash and condition your hair 1-2 times a week is necessary
  2. Don't brush and twist the curly hair.
  3. Moistursing Hair Spray, Curly Cream are the necessities for the Human Hair Product.
  4. Use a silk cap when you go to bed.
